US competitiveness continues to decline: World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Report

The United States ranks seventh in the latest Global Competitiveness Report released by the World Economic Forum. For the past couple of years, the relative position of the United States has fallen. The lack of collaboration -- and the growth of incivility in politics, leading to policy gridlock -- is taking its toll.
